My Hub, Received Confessions, And Community Guidelines
My Hub and Received Confessions on CONNECT SRMAP
The My Hub section on the CONNECT SRMAP Confessions page helps you navigate your own submissions and review confessions directed to you.
This guide explains the available sections, how the read-status option works, and how to use the feature responsibly.
What Is My Hub?
My Hub is a quick navigation menu that provides access to two sections:
Your Submitted Confessions: Review confessions you have submitted.
You Got Confessions!: Review confessions directed to you.
The menu may display indicators when there are received confessions you have not yet marked as seen.
How to Review Your Submitted Confessions
Open the Confessions page.
Select My Hub.
Choose Your Submitted Confessions.
Review the available entries and their displayed details.
If an eligible recent confession needs to be removed, check whether the delete option is available during the permitted submission period.
Your submission history can help you keep track of your messages and their current status.
How to Check Received Confessions
Open My Hub.
Select You Got Confessions!
Review the confessions shown in that section.
Open a message to read it.
If the available option is shown, select the control to mark the confession as seen.
The section distinguishes between messages that have not yet been marked as seen and those that have already been viewed.
What Does “Mark as Seen” Mean?
The mark-as-seen option records that you have viewed a confession directed to you. It can help keep the received-confession section organized.
Use this option only after you have opened and reviewed the relevant message.
Be Respectful When Receiving a Confession
A confession may express appreciation, admiration, friendship, or personal feelings. Every student deserves to be treated respectfully.
Do not pressure someone to reveal personal details.
Do not publicly shame someone for their message.
Do not circulate private content to embarrass another person.
If a message makes you uncomfortable, avoid escalating the situation.
Report serious harassment or threats through an appropriate support channel.
Important Community Guidelines
The Confessions feature is intended for positive expression and respectful interaction. It should not be used to spread rumors as facts, share private information without permission, impersonate others, threaten students, or target individuals for humiliation.
Please remember that anonymous-style posting should never be treated as permission to harm someone or disregard their privacy.
