Account Deletion — Re-registration Restrictions
The registration system checks deleted-account records before creating a new account. If a matching email address or registration number was previously used for an account that was deleted, registration may be temporarily blocked.
Restriction Shown by the Code
The system calculates a one-month period from the recorded deletion date. If that period has not passed, registration is blocked and the message reports the remaining time in days and hours.
What Should You Do?
Check the message displayed during registration.
If the system says registration is blocked, wait until the restriction period has passed.
If you believe the deletion record or restriction is incorrect, contact support.
Do not attempt to bypass the restriction by using someone else's identity or registration details.
Important Notes
This restriction applies when a matching record exists in the deleted-account table and is still within the configured period.
The exact result depends on the email, registration number, and deletion timestamp stored in the database.
