📌 Overview

Learn how CONNECT SRMAP’s AI engine processes your questions to deliver accurate answers.

🛠️ Processing Flow

1. Enter your Question.
2. System selects the relevant Subject.
3. It pulls the Conversation Context from the chat history.
4. It retrieves matching Study Memories.
5. Any Uploaded Study Content attached to the chat is added.
6. For image requests, the image data is included in the AI request.
7. The external AI service processes the compiled data.
8. The generated Answer is returned to CONNECT SRMAP and shown in the chat.

⚙️ External AI Service

The AI processing step relies on the configured external AI service. If the service is unavailable, the system will not be able to generate an answer.

• Attach relevant files to give the AI the best context.
• Use clear, concise questions to improve answer quality.
• For image queries, ensure the image is in a supported format.
