Network Management

📌 Overview

Connections & Following helps you manage and understand your student network on CONNECT SRMAP. You can review students who follow you, students you follow, students who do not follow you back, follower growth, and suggested connections.

⚙️ How to Manage

Access the page here: Connections & Following Settings.

1. Navigate to Connections & Following by clicking the Settings icon and selecting Followers.
2. Use the Search bar to find specific students.
3. Click Follow or Connect to add a student to your network.
4. To remove a student, click Remove next to their name.
5. Click Save to confirm changes.

🛠️ Searching Students

Use the search field to filter students by name, ID, or program. Results will update in real time.

💡 Tips & Best Practices

• Regularly review Follower Growth to track network expansion.
• Check Suggested Connections for potential collaborators.
• Use Filters to narrow down students by status.

⚠️ Important Notes

Students who do not follow you back will appear in the Non-Reciprocal section. Removing a connection does not notify the other party.
