📌 How to Report a Lost or Found Item

Use the Lost & Found feature to post when you have lost an item or when you have found an item that may belong to another student.

📝 Provide Item Details

• Include the item name and a clear description.
• Describe appearance, identifying marks, and any unique features.
• State when the item was lost or found.

📍 Add the Location

• Specify the campus area, building, classroom, block, or landmark where the item was lost or found.
• A precise location helps owners or finders locate the item quickly.

📸 Add Photos When Useful

• Upload a photo of the item if you have one.
• Only include images that are relevant to the post.

🔄 Update the Post

• When the item is recovered or returned, update the post to indicate that no further assistance is needed.

⚠️ Important Notes

Do not share unnecessary personal information. Provide enough detail to help identify the item while keeping personal details private.
