Overview
The Materials tab on CONNECT SRMAP helps students explore academic resources organized into folders. Depending on the available folder, resources may include notes, course materials, practice questions, model papers, and quizzes.
Follow this guide to find the materials you need and navigate the resource library efficiently.
How to Access Materials
Open CONNECT SRMAP.
Log in using your registered account.
Navigate to the Materials or Study Folders page.
Browse the available folders.
Select a folder relevant to your subject, course, or topic.
Explore the resources available inside the selected folder.
Some resources may require you to sign in before access is granted.
How to Search for a Folder
The Materials page includes a search bar for finding folders and resources more quickly.
Locate the search bar near the top of the page.
Enter a subject name, topic, or keyword.
Review the matching folders displayed in the search results.
Select the relevant result to continue.
Tip: Use specific keywords. For example, search for a subject name or a particular topic instead of entering a broad phrase.
How to Filter and Sort Materials
The Filter & Sort menu helps you organize the available folders.
Available sorting options
Default: Uses the platform's default ordering.
Most Viewed: Sorts folders by displayed view count.
Most Files: Helps you find folders containing more files.
Newest First: Prioritizes recently updated folders.
Folder Name (A–Z): Organizes folders alphabetically.
Available filters
All Items: Displays all available folders.
Trending Only: Shows folders marked as trending.
Has Quizzes: Helps locate folders containing quizzes.
My Saved: Displays your saved folders.
You can reset the filters to return to the default view.
Understanding Folder Information
Folder cards may display information such as:
Folder name
Number of available files
Quiz availability and counts
Trending status
Recent update information
Displayed views
This information can help you decide which folder to explore first. The exact resources available depend on the selected folder.
Troubleshooting
A folder does not appear in search: Try a shorter keyword, a different spelling, or the folder's subject name.
A folder appears empty: Check another relevant folder or contact support if you believe resources are missing.
A resource asks you to log in: Sign in with your registered CONNECT SRMAP account and try again.
The page does not load correctly: Refresh the page, check your internet connection, and try again.

Q1. Is the Materials tab available to students?
Students can explore the Materials page, but access to the resource folders may require login.
