📌 Account Verification Status

When you first sign up, your account is marked as Pending Verification. Until you click the official link, you can only access basic features.

• Verified Student: Full access to materials, chat hubs, and campus tools is unlocked.
• Expiry Window: Verification links are time‑sensitive and expire after 24 hours.

⚙️ Troubleshooting Email Issues

If you don’t see the verification email, try the following:

• Check your internet connection is stable before requesting a resend.
• Look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
• Make sure you typed your university email address correctly – it must end with @srmap.edu.in.

🔁 Requesting a New Link

1. Navigate to the login screen and click Resend Verification Email.
2. Enter your official registered 11‑digit Register Number.
3. Wait up to 2 minutes before requesting another link to avoid system rate limits.

⚠️ Important Notes

Sharing your verification link with anyone else compromises your account safety.

If your link shows an Expired error, simply request a new one from the portal.

Accounts left unverified for more than 7 days are automatically cleared for security.
