Emergency Login (sos Zone)
🔑 Emergency Token Management
Follow these steps to create, use, and manage your emergency tokens securely.
📌 Accessing the SOS Zone
After logging into your account, scroll to the Account Settings section and tap Emergency Login (SOS Zone).
⚙️ Generating a Token
In the SOS Zone you can generate a unique, 64‑character emergency token. The token is case‑sensitive and will expire 60 minutes after creation.
- Click Generate Token to create a new token.
- Copy the 64‑character string exactly as shown.
- Store it securely; you will need it to access the portal.
You can view all active tokens and revoke any that you suspect have been compromised or that you no longer need.
🔐 Using Your Emergency Token
To log in with your token, go to the Emergency Login page:
- Paste your 64‑character token into the field. The field is case‑sensitive.
- Click ACCESS PORTAL to start a temporary session.
The session lasts for 60 minutes and will end automatically, even if you remain active.
📑 Security & Logging
Every emergency login is logged with your IP address, device information, and timestamp. Once a token is submitted, it is marked as used and cannot be reused.
⚠️ Important Notes
Tokens are one‑time use only. After a token is used, it is immediately invalidated. If you generate a token and decide not to use it, revoke it in the Manage Tokens dashboard to keep your account clean. Remember that your session will automatically terminate after 60 minutes, regardless of activity.
